I might give it a shot as I am just discovering how poorly Steam games work with AMD cards across the board in linux and getting a bit frustrated. Were you not getting it to work at all, or running into issues like controller or plugin support? I've found PlayOnLinux to be very good about what they support and with stability, but I haven't gone that route for emulation yet. The only option I had was to remap the controller to keyboard keys and then use keyboard controls for the emulator, but I was far too lazy. It could detect my controller, but crashed immediately after I would select it. I can say for certain that I was able to get m64py with mupen64+ working in Mint 18.1 Serena, but I could not get controller support to work with m64py at all. ![]() Has anyone got either of these working? Could you help me figure out what I'm doing wrong with the respective installation? Both of these attempts were unsuccessful for different reasons. I've tried using Project64 through PlayonLinux.
